So I auditioned for As You Like It earlier tonight…

And now I’m finishing up watching the 2006 Brannaugh version of it…

And I’ve decided that David Tennant needs to play Rosalind at some point. It could be an all male production, or a fully genderswapped production, or even a “just for funsies, we’re gonna have David Tennant play Rosalind” production. I’m not picky. He’s been Hamlet, he’s been being Benedick. Now he just needs to be Rosalind.

Mostly because I want to hear his say “besides, I like you not” to Phebe.
